Reclamere Inc. has been notified that they have been added to the state’s cooperative purchasing program.
Reclamere, which focuses on the proper handling of end-of-life electronic equipment, has been added to Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program (COSTARS). The program is used by cities throughout the state to obtain more competitive pricing and choice than individual purchasers might be able to obtain on their own.
Any contract that the Department of General Services bids as a COSTARS contract is for exclusive use by local public procurement units and state-affiliated entities who are registered with the department as COSTARS members.
Reclamere is providing all of its data security services - data recovery, computer forensics, E-Discovery and IT security audits and assessments as part of COSTARS.
"Reclamere is excited to have the opportunity to provide its' data security services through the COSTARS", contract says Joe Harford co-founder and VP. "Data breaches and data theft are as much a problem for state organizations as they are in the private sector. By utilizing the COSTARS contract state government and agencies can utilize the same expertise of the Reclamere team as the private sector."
