Baxter, Baker, Sidle, Conn & Jones selects company to archive 3,000 files.
Baltimore-based NDX Group, an overnight shipping and records management solutions provider, has announced that the Baltimore-based full-service law firm Baxter, Baker, Sidle, Conn & Jones, P.A. (BBSC&J) has selected the company to organize, store and manage more than 3,000 legal files and documents.
Currently in the process of transitioning hundreds of BBSC&J’s files into its centralized, secure storage facility in Catonsville, Md. NDX says it is providing the law firm with a comprehensive suite of records management services, including document storage, retrieval, delivery and shredding. To help BBSC&J better organize its files, NDX says it is maintaining a customized master index that specifies the contents of each file or box for quick retrieval. Furthermore, with NDX’ shredding service, BBSC&J is ensured that its most proprietary documents are properly destroyed, the company adds.
