New M&A Firm Focuses on Document and Information Management

K-2 Partners, a new firm that targets the document and information management industry, has been formed. The company is staffed by industry veterans Bob Miller, Vlad Vasak and Ross Engelman, who combined have more than 60 years of industry management and more than 80 years of management experience in service-based b2b environments.

In a release, the company notes that its executive team has transacted more than 150 buy, sell and equity joint venture transactions in the document and information management industry across five continents, ranging from single-city $250,000 deals to a multi-national $1 billion transaction.
