The Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center will host the event, NAID in Nashville: Tune in for Success.

The conference features keynote speaker Joe Calloway, author of “A Category of One.” The conference also will include sessions on social media, expanding residential markets, sales and marketing techniques and the current state of the secure destruction industry.

NAID says it choose Nashville for the 2013 convention because of its small-town heart and big-city atmosphere.

“Nashville is a uniquely American city and in many ways reflects the family values of small business owners who work every day to provide for their families and employees,” says Steve Richards of Nashville-based Richards & Richards Office Records Management. Richards is the conference committee chair and a certified secure destruction specialist (CSDS).

NAID CEO Bob Johnson adds, “We’re so excited to be coming to Nashville this year.  The location is easy to get to, and Nashville has a charm and atmosphere that will strike a chord in NAID members around the world.”
