DHS Worldwide Software Solutions, a records and information management (RIM) industry software provider based in Orange Park, Fla., has earned Gold Certification status in the Microsoft Partnership Network for the third consecutive year. DHS Worldwide also has received the Application Development Competency, Microsoft’s new award for software development expertise.
The new Microsoft Gold Certification Partner status recognizes DHS for providing consistent, high-quality products, services and solutions built on the Microsoft platform, the company says. The criteria required for each category includes enhanced certification of products and a portfolio of real-world customer references.
Additionally, DHS Worldwide says it has received a high score in a recent Microsoft CSAT Partner analysis survey of some of the company’s largest customers in the industry.
Samuel Blair, vice president of programming services for DHS Worldwide, says, “Achieving Gold Certification reflects our dedication to Microsoft’s latest technology and provides us with significant benefits in keeping pace with the evolving technology to meet our customer’s highest expectations.”
