Archive Systems Completes Acquisition of Georgia Company

Larry Corley of Professional Records Management will now oversee Atlanta region for Archive Systems.
Archive Systems Inc., which provides records and document management services, has completed its acquisition of Professional Records Management (PRM), a records storage company based in Atlanta.

According to Archive Systems, it now services customers in Atlanta, New York City, New Jersey, Phoenix and Seattle as well as in Portland, Ore., and Washington, D.C.
Larry Corley, former owner of PRM, says, “I have been in the business for many years and am very impressed with Archive Systems’ approach to the market. As part of the Archive Systems family, we will be able to extend products and services to our clients that we as PRM were not able to offer.”
Corley will serve as the general manager of the Atlanta location.
