FileSolve will operate from centers in Charlotte, N.C.; Roanoke, Va.; and Orlando, Fla.
Patterson Pope, a Charlotte, N.C.-based provider of storage systems, has created a separate division, FileSolve, to focus on its growing document management services.
FileSolve will provide physical and digital file storage, secure document scanning and shredding , barcode and RFID tracking and file moves and conversions.
“We have been building a significant amount of business around document management services for nearly 10 years,” says Denny Hammack, president of Patterson Pope. “We felt the time had come to give that side of our business its own brand and marketing efforts as well as a dedicated sales force and account team.”
Hammack adds, “We are launching FileSolve to emphasize our solutions around the problems that files create, whether they are paper-based or digital. For more than 30 years, Patterson Pope has solved problems that physical stuff creates, so this is a perfect extension of our existing business.”
FileSolve will have records centers in Charlotte; Roanoke, Va.; and Orlando, Fla., as well as 10 sales offices across the Southeast. The company says it will add more FileSolve locations during the next several years.
