Staff expands knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Spokane, Wash.-based ShredSupply has announced that three additional members of the company’s team have become certified in mobile equipment hydraulics. The course was offered by Fluid Power Training Associates in the company’s Spokane training facility.

As a company which prides themselves on great customer service, ShredSupply says it wanted customers to benefit from a well-informed staff. The course provided information on how hydraulic systems work. It also gave students a basic understanding of mobile equipment hydraulic design, maintenance and troubleshooting.
The course gave the ShredSupply team members knowledge of hydraulic fundamentals, reservoirs, fluids/filtration, control valves, pumps/motors and conductors/fittings, the company says. The team also has a better understanding of refuse truck and aerial device hydraulic systems.
