Access, All Source Security Container Announce Partnership

All Source will provide Access with shredding bins and consoles for use in Access offices, records centers, walk-up shred locations, destruction centers and client locations throughout the U.S.

Access Information Management, a provider of records management storage and destruction services, has signed a supplier partnership deal with All Source Security Container USA.

Through the agreement, All Source will provide Access with secure shredding bins and consoles for use in all Access offices, records centers, walk-up shred locations, destruction centers and client locations throughout the United States.  

All Source shredding bins and consoles are made of 100 percent recyclable plastic and formaldehyde-free wood. The products meet U.S. EPA, 2010 California Air Resources Board (CARB) manufacturing standards and LEED compliance standards. In addition, All Source products carry a 5-year unlimited warranty.

In addition to the supplier partnership agreement, Access and All Source will partner in an information-management destruction and recycling education campaign to increase awareness throughout the records management community. The program will include a webinar and the release of educational documents to support best practices for environmentally-friendly destruction.

To initiate the partnership, Access is offering a limited-time offer to new destruction service clients this quarter.  Clients that enter into a new, scheduled destruction services agreement with a minimum two-year term will receive three months service at no charge. Minimum service contract requirements will apply.
