U.S. Chamber of Commerce Names DIT CEO to Advisory Council

April 3, 2010

Scott Byers, CEO and president of Diversified Information Technologies, has been appointed to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Corporate Leadership Advisory Council. Diversified provides document and information lifecycle solutions. Its services includes electronic records storage, electronic mailroom processing, document imaging, print and electronic presentment and workflow automation and information management consulting services.

The Corporate Leadership Advisory Council, established in 2007 by the U.S. Chamber, looks to strengthen the importance of mid-market businesses to legislators, policymakers and regulators in Washington, and to amplify their collective voice on a wide range of policy issues.

“I look forward to representing the Council in this important capacity,” says Byers. “Mid-market businesses such as ours have many unique business challenges, including economic competitiveness and growth, international trade opportunities, political representation at the national and state levels and many others. The Council is an important vehicle for advocating on these critical issues.”
